Leading fashion brand Ted Baker chose Landing Forty Two to showcase its SS16 collection, with two fashion shows at the venue.
Landing Forty Two was transformed with Spring/Summer theming, including a catwalk lined with imported palm trees, complete with bright butterflies amongst the leaves.
Our caterer, Create, served a selection of canapés, including Lemon thyme chicken kiev
with pea and whipped pecorino with baby watercress, charred sirloin of beef with shallot and potato rosti, samphire pesto, sour cream and baby rocket, pulled pork croquette with smoked salad cream and watercress, keens cheddar éclairs with cauliflower custard and watercress fondant, grilled courgette cannelloni with ricotta, rock chives and pimento, minted yoghurt, asian style salmon with fennel yoghurt and toasted seeds, seared yellow fin tuna with cucumber caponata, caviar cream and twice baked crab soufflé with sauce vierge and basil cress.
Dessert canapés followed, including Elderflower mascarpone tart with Muddled strawberries and hazelnut butter and Raspberry macaroons with Rose and white chocolate ganache. The canapé selection was complemented by summer-themed drinks, including Prosecco Santa Eleni, wine, summer coolers and pink ginger and lychee.
The show was produced by Doll, with production provided by Vibration Group.
