Is the venue open to the public?

We are a dedicated private event space, meaning we are not open to the public as a restaurant or viewing platform. We are only available on an exclusive hire basis.

Does the venue have window blinds?

The venue has individually controllable window blinds on all three main elevations, which can be lowered as required.

Do I need to wear a face covering in the venue?

You will not be required to wear a face covering while attending the event, however we advise visitors to be responsible, and wear a mask where they feel appropriate.

Are there COVID-19 safety measures in place at the venue?

All Covid-19 Safety measures will be in accordance with Government and Public Health England guidance at the time. As there are no current restrictions we will allow the client to decide on their own COVID policy. As a venue we will provide a cleaner to ensure key areas are being cleaned throughout an event and we will supply sanitiser stations.

What is the arrival process?

When you arrive at the venue please make your way towards the escalators on your left where you will be greeted by our friendly Ipad hostess, who will check you in and guide you to the second floor for a contactless bag search. You will then be guided through our lift lobby to our dedicated events lift where our lift driver will be ready to take you on an experience to level 42 in the fastest lifts in Europe.

Can I send anything to the venue before my event?

We are more than happy to receive a few boxes the day before your event to help you arrive at the venue with ease! Please use your event managers name and the venues address and we will be able to collect this delivery for you. Please do let us know the drivers’ details and arrival time prior to the delivery.

What is the capacity of the venue?

Our licence allows for a maximum total of 333 people in the venue at any time, to include catering, staff, security, entertainers and event management staff. Based on the above our maximum stated capacities are 300 for a standing reception and 220 for a conference, seated lunch or dinner.

What is the latest we can accommodate your event?

Our current premises license allows us to operate to 1am Monday – Sunday, with last drinks served at 12.30am. Fortunately, we are able to apply for an extension for any event but please note this will come with an additional fee.

Can I hold my wedding, private party or reception in the venue?

The venue is not licensed for civil ceremonies. Wedding receptions and private parties on weekdays and weekends are reviewed individually on application.

Are live bands and entertainment permitted?

We are more than happy to accommodate live dance bands. Our entertainment partners at Fullcircle would be delighted to suggest entertainment options for your event.

What is the access for additional production, set and décor?

The venue is served by a large goods lift (3.2m x 1.6m) which delivers direct access to the 42nd floor from the building’s loading bay.

Does the venue offer disabled access?

We are a fully accessible venue offering full disabled access from the ground floor to level 42.

Is smoking permitted?

The venue has no outside space, so smoking is not permitted anywhere on the 42nd floor. Smokers will be given a lift access pass to go to street level to smoke during an event.
