Each menu has a huge variety of exciting, healthy and interesting dishes filled with ‘brain-food’: think roast hake fillet with tenderstem and peas, and hot chilli beef with papaya, green mango, carrot, pepper and spring onion slaw. These dishes will ensure that guests are ready and eager to start their afternoon plenary, rather than feeling sluggish and tired. Outside of the lunch menu, there are plenty of ways to enhance your conference at Landing Forty Two. Musetti coffee is served at all conferences, with an optional barista station, and is the perfect way to kick start the day. Alternatively, a self-service Nespresso station fully stocked fridges with waters, juices and smoothies will give a conference a more informal atmosphere than the traditional catered break system.
