It’s that time of year again. As the evenings darken and the air breaths an icy chill, there’s one thing on our minds- Christmas! But how to create a party that differs from the predictable plan? How can hosts create a Christmas lunch to be fondly remembered by attendees for the next 12 months?

At Landing Forty Two, we’ve been dreaming up festive merriment for months. We know exactly how to capture Christmas as it should be: elegant, indulgent and enchanting.

It’s why our exclusive Festive venue hire is booking up with sleigh-ride speed. If you’ve yet to finalise your party plans, fear not. There’s still time to book our special lunchtime packages. Our 5,000sq ft space is an awe-inspiring Christmas lunch setting for between 40-220 guests.

The moment guests enter the iconic Leadenhall Building and ascend the fastest scenic lift in Europe to our mesmerising forty-second floor venue, memorable moments become ignited. From glittering trees to shimmering snowflakes adorning floor-to-ceiling windows, we’ve captured all the magic of this special time. As attendees soak up the atmosphere with prosecco in hand, eyes are cast over our spectacular panoramic city view as they’re transported to a mood of timeless glamour.

Our bespoke packages are arranged around you and comes complete with bespoke table-centres, and sparkling decorations. Guests are tantalised with a sumptuous menu crafted by imaginative event caterers Moving Venue including everything from traditional turkey breast and trimmings to treacle roasted fillet of beef with sticky braised shallots and ox cheek. Alongside our tempting lunchtime offerings, we still have a few evenings available on the 18th, 19th and 20th December. Our packages can even include a state-of-the-art dance floor and entertainment from leading DJ talent. Prices, including a great drinks package, start from just £78 per person based on 150 guests.
