I am South African born from a city Durban which is on the east coast. I studied in Stellenbosch which is in the heart of the winelands just outside of Cape Town. It was here, enjoying wine and cheese tastings, that my love for the hospitality industry grew. I try go home atleast once a year and always try to include a safari trip to Cheetah Ridge just up from where I live and is where this picture was taken.

On weekends in London, I love going down to the Duke of York square market held every Saturday where there is an amazing array of food and flowers.

During the summer months especially, my boyfriend Harry and I play loads of tennis. This summer however, our technique was clearly more rusty than remembered as we won about 2 out of atleast 20 odd games!

I love art galleries. Recently I attended the Frieze art fair which was amazing. This picture however was taken in the Saatchi gallery not so long ago!

This exact spot in Hyde Park near the Serpentine restaurant is one of my favourite places in London. In the summer, I try go here as much as possible. It's so calming and watching people out on the peddle boats and feeding the ducks always makes me feel fulfilled and relaxed between the hustle and bustle of London!

Harry's home is up in Northumberland and I generally find myself here on weekends. Relaxing with the dogs and his family is great. I love going on walks and collecting wood to make a fire.

Skiing is my favourite pastime. Before moving to London, I lived in Aspen Colorado and worked a ski season there as a ski instructor. It was an amazing experience that I certainly won't forget anytime soon!

This year especially, I have managed and planned many weddings here in central London. One of my favourite parts of the process is seeing everything come to life. Setting up the flowers and doing last limits decoration to the cakes are few of my favourites things!

Having been in the events industry for nearly 5 years now, I have seen over 400 events and have loved every single one. These are images of 2 events which really stood out to me. A wedding with a beautiful projection of a sunset through the trees as well as a Bar mitzvah!
